For Ana Maria Galea and Sorin Zlat, it is the present that matters, taking into account the roots and every moment of the past. Two artists at the point of full self-awareness, self-assured, ready to propose to each other sincere exercises of creativity and courage either in approaching standard jazz themes, their own compositions or free improvisations. Nothing predetermined, or almost nothing, simply life as life is: surprising, complex, uncontrollable.
