Răzvan and Artan, childhood friends and founding members of the band Timpuri Noi in the early ’80s, skillfully blend social satire with surreal lyrics. Partizan is hard to classify into a specific musical genre. They describe themselves as a post-punk/industrial/rock band, but the audience knows that no two concerts are alike. Despite releasing only two albums (“Am cu ce” – 2002, “București” – 2003) and an EP (“Timpuri Noi” – 2019), the band enjoys a highly active and diverse audience, with fans from every generation attending their shows. They are currently working on a new album and promise some surprises for their upcoming live performances.
